Prevention Swine Flu or H1N1 influenza A

Influenza A H1N1 currently in phase 6 shows the H1N1 virus has spread to the whole world (pandemic). WHO has stated that influenza A H1N1 could not have been terminated (unstopable). Per date of August 12, the report states that the WHO pandemic influenza A H1Ni already mnyebar in 170 countries, total of 6 cases per 177,457 in August and is the death of 1462 people.

As a preventive step, follow the tips from WebMD:

1. Maintain Good Health with
Enough sleep, active move, manage your stress, drink lots of fluids and eat nutritious food. Avoid close contact with the sick.

2. Cover when Coughing and sneezing
Cover with sikumu when coughing and sneezing. If using tissue paper, to dispose of the trash after use.

3. Washing Hands
Wash hands with soap and water, especially after you cough and sneeze. Hand-based alcohol are also effective.

4. Keep your environment Hygiene

5. Avoid the hand of your eyes and nose
Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth. Germs spread through the third road.

What Must You Do if the Pain Management:
